Mario Kijanović

Mario Kijanović is a senior associate at Bojović Drašković Popović & Partners. His focus is on real estate, finance and construction law, corporate and commercial matters and tax. Mario is a graduate of the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law where he earned his LL.B. Mario is also a postgraduate student at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, studying law-economics module. He is providing real estate legal support regarding development of major projects in Serbia, including projects of national interests, taking the leading role in advising highly reputable international companies such as China Shandong, China Communications Construction Company, China Railways International, EBRD, CWP Renewables, Poseidon Group, Elias Eco, Pepco, Elicio, Feka Automotive and many other. Mario co-authored a number of articles in reputable publications: CEE Legal Matters „Serbian construction industry is back on track“; Thomson Reuters „Construction and Projects in Serbia: overview“, „The nature of a construction contract in Serbia“ and many others. Mario is ranked as a “Rising Star” in Real Estate within The Legal 500 EMEA report. Mario is fluent in English.
