Sanja Aloric

Sanja Alorić, M.Arch LEED AP BD+C is an accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in property management and maintenance, specializing in A-class office buildings and luxury residential complexes. She is currently the Head of Property & Facility Management at Atrium Property Services, utilizing her expertise to oversee various projects.

Sanja is one of the first licensed Professional Building Managers in Serbia. She is an architect with a Master’s degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Architecture, and LEED Accredited Professional since 2012. Her skills and knowledge have been essential in successfully managing numerous certification projects for new and existing buildings, utilizing both LEED and BREEAM certification standards.

As a passionate advocate for sustainable building design and energy efficiency, Sanja applies her vast knowledge and experience to all aspects of her work. Her expertise in performance modeling and practical applications of sustainable practices has enabled her to redefine the boundaries of professional management and maintenance of buildings, delivering exceptional results for her clients.
